Payments
1) We accept most major credit and debit cards. (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express,Solo)
2) We accept paypal
3) We accept cheques in £'s (GBP) for UK customers only. Made payable to 'Antiques of Warwick Ltd'
4) We accept bank transfers in £'s (GBP). For international customers any fees related to the transfer must be paid by the purchaser
International customers are responsible for paying any taxes or charges related to the import of any purchase
Guarantee
1) We offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee. (21 days for international customers)
2) If you are not happy with your purchase or wish to cancel your order email us with your order number and contact details. A full refund including outgoing postage will be made within 28 days.
3) Goods are to be returned by the customer and at their expense. We reserve the right to offer a refund on return postage at our discretion.
4) In all cases goods must be returned in their original condition and will be inspected on their return
Item Descriptions
We talk great care in the description of our items and add a number of photos to assist you in your buying decision. We also offer information on condition. In the event of any errors in a description customers are covered by our 14 day guarantee
Delivery
All orders are subject to a delivery and packing charge which is clearly shown on our checkout page. These are automatically calculated dependant on weight, value and destination
Availability
All orders are on a first come first served basis. In the unlikely even an item is sold but is still showing as available for sale we reserve the right to cancel your order but will notify you by email and issue a full refund if applicable
Insurance
All our items sold include insurance for loss or damage in transit. They remain our responsibility until the customer has received them.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel an order if
1) There has been an electronic error of either the website or payment system
2) We suspect Fraud
3) Postage to that country is considered a high risk in relation to fraud or theft
4) Payment has not been made
5) There has been an error in pricing
In the event that a customer has paid for an order that has been cancelled by us you will be given a full refund including postage charges.
